Forum Registration

Registration has ended. On-site registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7 at the Commons Center.

The GIS Forum offers an incredible opportunity for education and knowledge exchange through the pre-conference workshops and 3-day Forum each year. Select from the options below to register for the Forum.

Registration for the Forum is available to individuals from government agencies (federal, state, local), universities, industry representatives, sponsors, and exhibitors.

If your organization is a sponsor or exhibitor of the Forum your staff must register for the event prior to the conference. Each sponsor receives a predefined number of complimentary registrations based on its level of participation. Click here for details regarding sponsorship registrations. Individuals MUST submit their registration in order to be included on all conference materials and to receive a name badge.

Group Registration

We allow multiple registration discount for government employees only (5 or more employees from the same organization).

Note: To receive the discount, multiple registrants will not be able to register online. Please complete the Multiple Registrants Form and send to cowens@cmpmanagement.com. All registrations must be included in one form to receive the discount. We are not able to apply the discount if there is a seperate registration.

Registration Deadline

Early Bird registration ends September 18, 2009. To qualify, registration and payment must be received on or before September 18, 2009.

Online registration ends Wednesday, September 30, 2009.

Workshops Only

If you are interested in attending the workshops only, please click here to register. On-site Workshop registration is also available Monday, October 5, 2009, from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m..

Cancellations

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before September 21, 2009. No refunds will be granted after September 21, 2009. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant. We are unable to take cancellations by phone.
